Franck is one of the best firefighters in Paris. Their credo is: save or die! He has a beautiful wife, they expect twins, they are happy. During one of the firefighting interventions, Franck saves his colleagues in sacrifice and falls into a fire trap. When he wakes up in the burn center, he realizes that his face will melt in flames, and his body will never be the same again. Will anyone now "save" him? Will it still be a loving wife? Or maybe a young pregnant woman who will give him a new job?
