During the investigation, Gordon catches a hungry mouse in the act. He quickly realizes that Paddy couldn't steal nuts. There is one law of the forest. Being nice is legal. Being unpleasant is not - says the Commissioner and asks an ingenious mouse for help in the investigation. Soon, when she proves her skills, she appoints her as his successor.
